This year marks our first operational period free from COVID-19 restrictions, which has clearly reflected in the company's development: we have already surpassed our set target of 2,000 employees and it is likely that the number will reach the milestone of 3,000 during the year. The revenue has doubled as projected in the first half of the year.
In Spring 2023, we continued the organizational restructuring initiative that began last year, updating our administrative and data structures to align with the needs of our rapidly growing operations. In addition, the new appointments and role updates in the management team have significantly enhanced our operations and administration.
For the latter part of 2023, Staffmax is focusing on recruitment and achieving our set goals: the labor shortage affecting Finland and Europe constrains the growth of the whole HoReCa industry, which is why we have increased resources on for both domestic and international recruitment.
We anticipate Staffmax continues as a growth company in 2024, with our projected revenue reaching 12-13 million euros.
